Endemic Human Coronavirus Reagents
The Native Antigen Company offers a range of antigens for the endemic human
coronaviruses (HCoVs), which can be used as controls in the development of highly specific
immunoassays, including those for screening vaccine candidates.
Our HCoV range includes Spike, its S1 subunit, Nucleoprotein and viral lysates for
the 229E, OC43, NL63 and HKU1 endemic HCoVs. Our HCoV Spike proteins are
expressed from HEK293 cells to ensure proper folding and full glycosylation, and our
viral lysates are heat-inactivated and tested for viral growth in validated infectivity
