Respiratory Virus Lysates
The Native Antigen Company now offers a range of native lysates for the respiratory syncytial, metapneumo- and parainfluenza viruses. These lysates are produced from viruses cultured in mammalian cells and are purified by density gradient centrifugation and disrupted in detergent. Inactivation is then verified using tissue culture infectivity assays.
Our respiratory virus lysates can be used in a range of applications, including as immunogens, sources for purification of viral proteins, or as controls in the development of highly specific immunoassays. For more information, click the links below:
